Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
- Develop and improve risk management frameworks
- Monitor customer trading activities, detect unusual transactions, and report findings
- Coordinate with market makers and liquidity providers
- Prepare risk reports and provide updates to management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and implement risk hedging strategies
- Optimize system settings and CRM/risk management tools

- Experience in risk management within the financial industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of market analysis and risk management
- Strong numerical skills and logical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in system management and configuration
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL, ETC.) is a plus
- Business-level English skills
