**Job description**
- Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet quantity, quality, and delivery time requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with food quality and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
- Implement and manage continuous improvement processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Recruit, train and develop factory staff, ensuring effective and cohesive working teams.
- Evaluate the performance of department heads and provide appropriate development directions.
- Create a safe working environment, encourage creativity and openness in communication.
- Establish and manage the factory's operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
- Control operating costs, minimize unnecessary costs in the production process.
- Monitor and analyze production performance indicators (KPIs), prepare periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
- Provide suggestions for improvement and development strategies to enhance the factory's position in the industry.

**Job requirements**:

- Experience in working and managing filling machines (must have)
- Problem solving skills, ability to work independently, in groups, communication skills, training skills, experience working in large-scale factories, in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in managing and operating large-scale factories is an advantage.
- Intermediate English
- Gender: Male. - Age from 30 - 45
