- Check and record all storeroom purchases, requisitions then input data to computer inventory softwarefor stock activity of stores and outlets.

Kiểm tra báo cáo các hoạt động mua sắm, trưng dụng trong kho, nhập dữ liệu vào phần mềm kiểm kêđể phục vụ cho hoạt động tồn kho.
- Cost and record all inter-kitchen transfers, inter-bar transfers, spoilage reports, officer checks (dutymeals), entertainment, complimentary, full bottle sales report

Kiểm soát chi phí các luân chuyển giữa các bếp, bar, báo cáo hư hỏng, kiểm tra nhân viên (suất ăn),giải trí, miễn phí,báo cáo bán hàng
- Conduct monthly stocktaking of stores, kitchens and bars at month end.

Tiến hành kiểm kê hàng tháng các bộ phận, nhà bếp và quầy bar vào cuối tháng.
- Balance the Food and Beverage ledgers at the month end.

Cân đối báo cáo Thực phẩm và Đồ uống vào cuối tháng.
- Prepare General supplies distribution cost of the month.

Lập Chi phí phân bổ vật tư chung trong tháng.
- Cost standard recipes of food and beverage when assigned.

Kiểm soát chi phí công thức nấu ăn và đồ uống theo tiêu chuẩn khi được chỉ định.
- Prepare Monthly Food and Beverage Cost Controller’s report.

Báo cáo Kiểm soát Chi phí Thực phẩm và Đồ uống Hàng tháng.
- Control of cost saving of all purchase items and store requisition items.

Kiểm soát việc tiết kiệm chi phí của các mặt hàng mua và lưu trữ trưng dụng.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required by General Accountant / Chief Accountant.

Thực hiện các công việc hợp lý khác theo yêu cầu của Kế toán tổng hợp / Kế toán trưởng.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good English by communication & written

Ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh tốt cả giao tiếp và đọc, viết
- At least 2 - years experience in Accounting field.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực kế toán.
- Graduating from university is preferable

Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kế toán
- Good Computer skill

Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính tốt
- Good communication skills, honesty, careful, highly responsible.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, trung thực, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
