**JOB PURPOSE**

FP&A: work closely with business unit leaders, marketing and other departments to perform business planning, budgeting, reporting and other key projectsThe role-holder will ensure a strong collaboration and help stakeholders and management up to C-level to drive the business to meets its objectives by providing 'real time' support and analysis.The work scope compasses cross-function processes across different projects in business and marketing, thus, the person must enjoy working within and across various teams and levels of different backgrounds and cultures, have ability to build relationships and cross-functional buy-in. An engaging, proactive and result-driven individual who can be a source for solutions; ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in order to explain financial concepts to non-finance people.- This role reports to FP&A manager.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. BUDGET PLANNING & CONTROLLING (30%)- Working with marketing/BD management and other members to prepare appropriate financial plans for the projects/departments (annual planning & monthly review);
- Performing TPV, revenue and expense forecasts to make financial decision.
- Preparing variance report, dashboards regarding to all business units/marketing project and ensuring actual results meet the approved plans/objectives;
- Controlling budgets, marketing/expense payout and ensuring it’s under approved amount; requesting to amend on a timely basis to optimize financial results.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

2. OVERALL FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORTING (30%)
- Preparing periodic analysis (i.e., weekly/monthly) on performance against budget/forecast to assist C-Level in tracking business performance against objectives;
- In charge of management reports as required (monthly basis);
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

3. MARKETING PERFORMANCE REVIEW & MONITORING (30%)- Assist in developing and review the business plan for (i) marketing planning for both promotion & non-promotion (including branding, media, & other marketing expenses); (ii) P&L, including take-rate, revenue & TPV mix, and market dynamics that can affect the P&L (iii) quality of the business, including quality of users and payments
- Cost control & monitor the efficiency of marketing spending, considering various approach such as marginal profit, cost optimization, volume trends, historical data, internal/ external factors or other statistical methodto achieve KPI(s) including but not limited to TPV, revenue and user base.
- In charge & partnership with accounting team for month end closing & other financial report for marketing items;
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on financial aspects and way of working to comply with tax and local regulations, ensure it is eligible to proceed;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

4. BUILD UP AND IMPROVE PROCESSES AND PROCEDURE FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (10%)
- Call and participate to build new processes, or streamline existing process in order to optimize the performance;
- Ensure continuous improvement of financial management process including marketing process;
- Work with data department and other stakeholders to build up dashboard and report to serve financial management process;
5. COMPLEXITY- Work closely with the Management Team Members including Head of Function, CFO
- This role will be responsible for partnering across organization in the delivery of overall targets for the organization
- Able to work with complexity business model
- Work well under pressure and can deal effectively with ambiguity

**Yêu cầu**:

- Education: Graduate from University at Business/Accounting/Economics
- Major: Corporate Finance, Auditing, Accounting;
- Qualifications of CFA, ACCA, CMA is a plus
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in the equivalent position (relevant in fintech/payment will be added advantage);
- Must be good in Excel (VBA, SQL will be added advantage) and strong analytical skills
- Able to demonstrate financial data in Excel Dashboard, Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge in local Statutory & Tax regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication skill and get in done attitude
