We are seeking a visionary designer to tackle complex design problems and create elegant solutions that enhance the customer experience.

We're looking for a talented individual who can work with project managers and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet both business and user objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop user experience strategies that address business objectives, key performance indicators, and target audience needs.
  • Create full-spectrum design solutions that satisfy business goals and user needs.
  • Map user flows, diagrams, and models to facilitate discussions around complex topics.
  • Push the boundaries of current interaction models to create a better user experience and more engaging storytelling experience.
  • Design high-fidelity, responsive wireframes adhering to a well-established design system in Sketch.
  • Create prototypes to assist in pushing concepts forward and through the approval process.
  • Present work to internal team members, creative directors, and stakeholders, and be able to defend opinions during reviews.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams of designers, art directors, and copywriters.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with multidisciplinary backgrounds such as psychology, computer science, information sciences, human/computer interface design, or commerce/business.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and ability to produce high-fidelity wireframes and design comps rapidly.
  • Passion for improving and promulgating design processes.
  • Strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail, and solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Mobile design experience.
  • Strong up-to-date body of work and online portfolio that demonstrates experience creating great user-centered design solutions, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative, agile environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, client relation skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, rapid prototyping tools, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
