Khi tham gia vào TMZ, bạn sẽ được hướng dẫn, đào tạo và trực tiếp triển khai công việc cụ thể như sau:
Lên kế hoạch và thực thi các campaign quảng cáo trên đa nền tảng Facebook, Google, TikTok cho sản phẩm cho thị trường nước ngoài
Kết hợp với đội ngũ Media và Product để đảm bảo hiểu sản phẩm, từ đó đưa đến những chiến dịch đánh đúng insight khách hàng một cách bền vững
Kiểm soát và phát tích data, chỉ số ads, yếu tố nguyên liệu... của chiến dịch để có phương án tối ưu và Growth chính xác
Liên tục cập nhật thông tin thị trường, sản phẩm, đối thủ và những cập nhật về chuyên môn, nền tảng quảng cáo.
Nghiên cứu thị trường, sản phẩm, khách hàng và các hình thức quảng cáo phổ biến để hiểu được sản phẩm, hiểu insight khách hàng
Lên kế hoạch về phân bổ và kiểm soát hiệu quả chi phí quảng cáo, liên tục tối ưu chiến dịch để đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có kiến thức và nền tảng về Marketing, Performance Marketing tốt, ưu tiên các Bạn có thế mạnh trong việc tối ưu các chỉ số và hướng đến bài toán Growth
Ham học hỏi và cập nhật các kiến thức về Marketing, thị trường, ngành để phục vụ cho việc phát triển bản thân và sự nghiệp
Tinh thần bền bỉ và máu chiến, sẵn sàng đương đầu với các thử thách và các bài toán thú vị để thích ứng và phát triển trong một ngành nhanh và thay đổi mỗi ngày như Global E- commerce với tinh thần: KIÊN TRÌ VỚI MỤC TIÊU - DÁM SAY YES VỚI MỤC TIÊU THÁCH THỨC VÀ CỐ GẮNG CẢI TIẾN, PHÁT TRIỂN MỖI NGÀY
Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến với việc thực thi các chiến dịch Marketing quảng cáo và có thể đáp ứng đi làm Full
- time từ tháng 2/2024.
Có niềm đam mê và khao khát muốn xây dựng và phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực Print on demand & Cross border E- commerce (thị trường Global)
