In pursuit of its ambitious growth objectives in Asia Pacific, GFT is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the regional Marketing team and help to develop and enhance our brand in the market and capitalise on the extensive expertise and know-how, to generate broader brand recognition and a pipeline of new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various channels, including website, social media, email, and more.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage social media platforms and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to user engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of the CRM Marketing Strategy to enhance customer engagement through proactive communication and marketing automation.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, content reach, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and performs well in terms of readability, relevance, and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Creative Media, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in marketing, communication, or in a similar field.
  • Experience in IT or financial services would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube), email marketing (Pardot), and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics would be a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across different formats and platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
