**Requirements**:

- Trình độ chuyên môn / Education: Có bằng lái máy bay A320 và Chứng chỉ giáo viên huấn luyện buồng lái mô phỏng / Qualified A320 pilot with Simulator Instructor ratings.
- Tiếng Anh hàng không mức 5 hoặc tương đương / ELP level 5 or equivalent.
- Kinh nghiệm / Job related experience: Có ít nhất 3.000 giờ bay ở vị trí Cơ trưởng và 1.000 giờ ở vị trí giáo viên huấn luyện SIM A320 / Minimum 3,000 hrs on A320 as Captain and 1,000 hrs as A320 Simulator instructor.
- Kiến thức chuyên ngành/Specific knowledge: Hệ thống máy bay A320 (lý thuyết và thực hành). Kỹ năng sư phạm/ A320 s systems (theory and flight practice). Pedagogical skills.
- Khả năng am hiểu / Business understanding:
+ Hiểu giá trị cốt lõi và văn hóa Vietjet / Understanding Vietjet core values and cultures.

+ Nắm vững cơ cấu tổ chức, chức năng và nhiệm vụ của VJAA và các đơn vị trong Vietjet / Having knowledge of structure, fuctions, and responsibilities of VJAA and other Vietjet departments.
- Kỹ năng vi tính thành thạo / Computer-literate.
