Reporting To:
Country Head & Commercial Lead-Vietnam

Key responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the BD team, Build and coown the ProActive Health Roadmap plan and project pipeline for Vietnam market with focus on Supplements customers
  • Distributor management experience: engaging and driving revenue and projects conversion with established and potential new business partners, opening new channels for Kerry in the space of Health & Wellness
  • Aligned to defined strategic and tactical targets, strong focus on building and converting projects to sales
  • Accountable for budget building and deliverables, bringing clarity on must win projects and accounts
  • Shape and partner with dedicated distributors, OEM/ODM and selected direct customers
  • Working hand in hand with our BD team, support in the development of concepts to engage customers and further commercial engagements and project advancement
  • Developing strong customer alliances and promoting functional ingredients via participation in key Industry events (e.g. tradeshows, seminars, and conferences)
  • Actively shape the future of Kerry Health and Nutrition working closely with our regional ProActive Health teams to identify and explore business growth opportunities

Qualifications and skills:

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition and Health, Biotechnology, Business, or other related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with Functional Ingredients, prior experience in developing sales and positioning value add ingredients.
  • Solid experience with managing distributors is compulsory.
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills with the ability to remain agile, tracking to the fast paced and trending health and wellness categories
  • A highly collaborative and team player who can deliver on the strategy, in the Kerry matrix structure
  • Experience in Functional Beverage and Infant is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Vietnam (oral and written)
