The role & key responsibilities


This Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategy, planning, and running campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration, and student enrolment growth for RMIT Vietnam.

The role requires a good understanding of SEO & SEM practices as well as target audience behaviour and a rich experience to implement marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google display, Google search, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other traditional online news channels.

Key selection criteria

  • A bachelor or master's degree in Marketing or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years' experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing plan and strategy.
  • Indepth knowledge and handson experience of various online platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools), Google Keyword Planner Tool, Google AdWords, Facebook for Business, Linkedin Ads, Zalo ads), SEO-SEM
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Social is a plus.
  • Strong content development skill of multi digital platform (Facebook, PR online, Instagram ).
  • Ability to supervise the work of content freelancers in the digital team.
  • Ability to analyse and present data
  • Proven ability to make datasupported recommendations.
  • Experience in people management and effective management of stakeholders to enable them to effectively run online campaigns
  • Uptodate knowledge on the latest trends, technologies in digital marketing along with best practices
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver against multiple deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

If English is not your native language, then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard, equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.5.
