Support user:

  • End user support & troubleshooting regarding computing, networking, hardware, software.
  • Operation/Administration IT systems included: LAN, Server, CCTV, and VoIP Network.
  • Manage and support other office equipment included: Printer, Projector, Conference & IP Phone.
  • Comply, support and install software and OS, assigning computers to end users.
  • Install OS, office software, Design Software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, Artpro, etc.
  • User data backup

Network system and device:

  • Manage and maintenance Fortigate Firewall, Cisco Switch Catalyst, QNAP, Synology, Wifi controller
  • Setup VPN for user
  • Security Setup
  • Cloud Backup
  • Manage Microsoft Office 365 exchange online

Asset management:

  • Inventory check for IT equipments (based on current IT asset management process).
  • Management for spare parts

Other:
will be discussed in the meeting
