    POSITION PURPOSE:

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing communications campaigns to ensure the maximum promotion of the University undergraduate programmes, achieving business objectives and build relationships with various stakeholders.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Develop marketing communications strategies and execute campaigns promote undergraduate and pathway programmes while achieving lead targets;
  • Undertake market researches to have a depthunderstanding about targeted market, audience and marketing trends;
  • Plan and coordinate with the event team to organise creative and engaging events and other marketing communications activities;
  • Support BUV's recruitment activities including, but not limited to, marketing materials, recruitment events, content for digital platforms, offline channels and messages to students and parents;
  • Write or actively involves in preparing diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, media articles, video clips, etc.) to promote programmes;
  • Write content and manage social media channels to increase interactions, capture interest and acquire leads;
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with external business partners in events, sponsorship and joint marketing activities;
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities across the university; Maintain and manage BUV corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage;
  • Be responsible for the followup with admin jobs in the Marketing and Communications Department;
  • Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Holder of Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
  • Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required;
  • Proficiency in English;
