Người đảm nhận vị trí chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện và phối hợp với bộ phận chức năng thuộc đơn vị phụ trách, các Vùng và các bộ phận liên quan trong việc xây dựng chỉ tiêu kinh doanh, quản lý, theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng của đội ngũ bán hàng, hỗ trợ bán hàng thuộc Khối Kinh doanh của Techcom Securities

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
1. Triển khai thực hiện các nghiệp vụ thuộc phạm vi của mảng quản trị phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh, mảng tư vấn và quả lý kinh doanh, Bộ phận Tư vấn và Kinh doanh tuân theo định hướng hoạt động của công ty

2. Thực hiện việc phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh:

- Phân tích các dữ liệu kinh doanh, kết quả bán hàng và năng suất lực lượng bán
- Thực hiện báo cáo phục vụ cho quá trình kinh doanh và thúc đẩy bán hàng

3. Tham gia xây dựng các chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn về nghiệp vụ của mảng tư vấn và quản lý giao dịch

4. Trong trường hợp được ủy quyền, đại diện mảng/nhóm tham gia vào dự án NHĐT để xây dựng, cấu trúc và phát triển sản phẩm mới

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
5. Hỗ trợ trưởng nhóm và GĐ Tư vấn và PTKD quản lý các sự kiện Trái phiếu và Quỹ mà ảnh hưởng đến kinh doanh và giao dịch

6. Phối hợp quản lý số liệu và thúc đẩy bán hàng cùng với các Giám đốc và Chuyên gia tư vấn và phát triển kinh doanh Vùng/Miền để đảm bảo chi tiêu kinh doanh đã được giao

7. Tham gia đào đào tạo, bồi dưỡng kỹ năng và nâng cao năng lực cho đội ngũ cán bộ, chuyên viên quản lý giao dịch đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc của nhóm chức năng

8. Tham gia xây dựng kế hoạch để các chương trình thuc đẩy kinh doanh về sản phẩm và chương trình mới cùng với GĐ Tư vấn và PTKD

9. Tham gia xây dựng chính sách:

- Tham gia cùng các bộ phận khác trong khối NHĐT để xây dựng các chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn về nghiệp vụ
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Tư Vấn và PTKD giám sát và triển khai thực hiện các nghiệp vụ khác thuộc phạm vi của mảng chức năng tuân theo định hướng hoạt động của Khối NHĐT

10. Đảm bảo các hoạt động của nhóm quản lý tuân thủ các chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn nội bộvà cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLAs)

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành Thống kê, Toán học, Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên có trình độ sau đại học và ứng viên có bằng cử nhân, thạc sĩ ở nước ngoài
- Ưu tiên có bằng cấp quốc tế và chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp về phân tích tài chính, đầu tư
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh, báo cáo số liệu
- Có kỹ năng excel, Power BI, HTML, SQL, python
- Có kỹ năng tốt trong việc xây dựng chiến lược, định hướng và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến quản trị và phân tích kinh doanh
- Có kiến thức tốt và hiểu biết thực tế tài chính đầu tư, đồng thời tiếp cận công nghệ thông tin
- Có kỹ năng tốt trong việc phân tích, tổng hợp và xử lý vấn đề
