**Mục tiêu, phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc**:

- Xây dựng và phát triển team gắn kết, hoạt động hiệu quả (Branding, Media Ads, SEO & Social Sale)
- Đề xuất, triển khai và đánh giá các chiến dịch truyền thông online/offline hàng tháng/quý/năm, hướng tới mục tiêu truyền thông và doanh thu mà Ban giám đốc đề ra
- Lên kế hoạch ngân sách, thiết lập và tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch Digital Marketing nhằm thúc đẩy doanh thu từ kênh Digital sẵn có (Gồm cả Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO ). Đồng thời đề xuất và thực thi các kế hoạch marketing/promotion/ tìm kiếm kênh mới

**Công việc**:
**1. Branding & Social media management**
- Đề xuất, điều phối triển khai và báo cáo đánh giá kế hoạch truyền thông của công ty theo năm, theo quý, theo tháng nhằm đạt mục tiêu truyền thông/ doanh thu
- Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động triển khai đúng với hình ảnh và guideline thương hiệu.
- Phụ trách media asset tất cả các nền tảng mạng xã hội (Facebook, Instagram) và phát triển kênh mới (Tiktok, v.v.).
- Liên tục phân tích về thị trường và xu hướng cạnh tranh. Xác định và khai thác các kênh tiếp thị mới để mở rộng thị trường nếu có
- Tạo dựng quan hệ với các đối tác, thiết lập và thực hiện các chương trình liên kết thương hiệu trong hoạt động kinh doanh.

**2. Planning & Managing**:

- Xây dựng và triển khai các chiến lược digital thông qua các chiến dịch digital marketing nhằm đạt hiệu suất mục tiêu kinh doanh cao nhất cho tất cả các kênh O2O.
- Xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch marketing đồng bộ tất cả các kênh theo định hướng Omnichannel.
- Quản lý, đào tạo, kết nối các nhân sự trong team Digital trong việc quản lý ngân sách, hiệu suất quảng cáo tất cả các kênh SEM/SEO, Facebook & Google Ads, CPAS
- Lên kế hoạch và thực thi các giải pháp phân tích dữ liệu, data driven, CDP
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác như Sale, Sản Xuất, Khothực hiện các giải pháp tối ưu vận hành, tối ưu chuyển đổi trên tất cả các kênh Omnichannel.
- Xây dựng và triển khai các giải pháp báo cáo theo dõi hằng ngày, tuần, tháng để luôn có những phương án triển khai cải thiện tức thời.

**3. Ad-hocs**
- Hỗ trợ CEO trong việc phân tích và báo cáo các quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
- Hợp tác trong việc brainstorm giữa các phòng ban khi thiết lập chiến dịch mới
