The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

The team is looking for someone who is familiar with the local e-commerce market to assist with localizing the user operation strategies, conducting user onboarding activities and supporting marketing activities in VN

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new merchants and provide them with training on how to use the platform.
  • Set up the account and collect the information for merchants
  • Collect the content created by vendor and putting it into merchant's account
  • Assist merchants with any questions or issues they may have while using the platform.
  • Localization of user operation strategy based on the analysis of local users and ecommerce market.
  • Organization of activities for acquiring new users and the existing user community.
  • Facilitate activities for user acquisition and retention through cooperating with the product and marketing team.
  • Collate users' needs and feedback to help the product team optimize product functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of ecommerce operations experience.
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, able to adjust operational directions based on user data.
  • Strong communication and crossdepartmental collaboration skills, able to work with product and marketing departments to solve problems and complete tasks.
  • Ability to communicate well in English & Vietnamese, fluency in Mandarin is a major advantage
