Responsible for Vietnamese companies, sales, and also in charge of Korean and Chinese companies.

  • Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and create a strong presence.
  • Drafting and executing a strategic business plan.
  • Grasping the situation of the market (Vietnam) and formulating a sales strategy.
  • Acquire new customers together with sales representatives of agencies.
  • Create development plans, set sales targets and growth forecasts
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meet existing and potential customers and build good relationships
  • Work closely with the marketing teams of various WNI regional teams such as EU, Japan, etc.
  • Working closely with the global business development team in Japan for marketing plans and common goals/partners
  • Coordinating marketing plans, partnering on common goals and initiatives.
  • In practice, we will visit the company that has an appointment, explain the service, and then hand it over to the customer service on the Japanese side.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience for factories
  • Age: around 30 years old
  • Education: University graduate or above
  • Language: English inhouse communication or above or Japanese N2 or above
  • Wide knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Those who have light footwork
  • Experience such as those who worked for a general trading company.
  • Preferential treatment for those who live in Vietnam and those who have experience
  • People who empathize with the company's business and work positively.

Job benefits:

  • Salary up from $1000 to $1500, negotiable
  • Bonus once a year for a month
  • Incentive available depending on performance
  • Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:0017:00
  • Annual Leave 12 days (depending on the month you join the company)
  • Other regimes and welfares under Vietnam's Labor Law.
