RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, supervise control over operation the accounting department in accordance to the accounting rules and regulation as well as group's regulation.
  • Review Weekly Report/ Monthly about the accounting data.
  • Manage, coach and give the direction in accounting works to the team members
  • Give the direction and guidance to tackle the issues incurred in the course of work
  • Cooperate with the relevant departments to resolve the related issues to make smoothly day to day operation of the department.
  • Review and analyse report to figure out the prevention action to mitigate error in the course of work.
  • Report to related management periodically or when it is required.
  • Carry out the operation and management of human resources of the department to ensure human resources are sufficient in number and meet the minimum necessary competencies to complete the work.
  • Train/track training for new employee on process / jobspecific and integration with the team.
  • Assign and arrange works for employees in the department. When necessary, reassign and rearrange works to suit the actual situation of job demands and employee capacity.
  • Consult, discuss, reconcile when the internal discord occurs in order to ensure a friendly working environment and solidarity between members, promote team spirit.
  • Perform other job related tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Finance/Accounting. ACCA degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance field, with 3 years in similar position.
  • Fluency in English (both writing and communication)
  • Proficiency in MS office and accounting system
