**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

**1. Lên kế hoạch chi tiết và triển khai các hoạt động khai thác OMNI User**

a. Lập kế hoạch triển khai, khai thác OMNI từ ác đối tượng khách hàng (KH mới, KH hiện hữu). Xây dựng, triển khai các chương trình phù hợp với từng đối tượng, phân bổ kênh khai thác thích hợp.

b. Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để phát triển/điều chỉnh các tính năng/công cụ phục vụ cho việc khai thác KH

c. Phối hợp với Marketing/Sản phẩm /IT/Đội ngũ bán hàng và/hoặc các phòng ban liên quan triển khai các hoạt đông tiếp thị quảng bá cho KH

d. Đối soát, thanh toán cho KH, CBBH theo các chương trình đã triển khaie. Theo dõi, đôn đốc, báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả triển khai các hoạt động đã/đang phụ trách

**2. Lập kế hoạch chi tiết và triển khai các hoạt động giữ chân KH đang sử dụng dịch vụ OMNI, tăng mức độ hài lòng, thời gian gắn bó với OCB**

a. Phân tích đánh giá tâp khách hàng đã/đang sử dụng dịch vụ OMNI, hiệu quả các kênh khai thác, từ đó đề ra các chương trình khuyến mãi/thúc đẩy bán - kệnh khai thác phù hợp với các tập khách hàng khác nhau

b. Lập kế hoạch triển khai chi tiết theo chương trình, định đướng đã đề ra

c. Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để phát triển/điều chỉnh các tính năng/công cụ phục vụ cho việc giữ chân KH OMNI

d. Phối hợp với Marketing/Sản phẩm /IT/Đội ngũ bán hàng và/hoặc các phòng ban liên quan triển khai các hoạt đông tiếp thị quảng bá cho KH về các chương trình ưu đãi, sản phẩm, dịch vụ, tiện ích OCB OMNI

e. Đối soát, thanh toán cho KH, CBBH theo các chương trình đã triển khai

f. Theo dõi, đôn đốc, báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả triển khai các hoạt động đã/đang phụ trách

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Ngân hàng, Tài chính, Kế toán, Kinh tế, Ngoại thương hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm, kinh nghiệm chạy campaign cho lĩnh vực E-commerce, tăng user người dùng.
- Am hiểu các sản phẩm, dịch vụ của Ngân hàng.
- Khả năng giao tiếp phối hợp tốt với các phòng ban và đơn vị.
- Yêu thích công nghệ, số hóa
- Có kiến thức/hiểu biết về Marketing/hành vi, trải nghiệm khách hàng
