KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


This Key Account Manager will be in charge of managing group of International Hypermarkets including Big C; Aeon; Lotte; E-mart.

He/She will take the lead of managing trading terms; Joint Business Plan and daily operation of those accounts to achieve the business objectives like Sales target/growth; market share; trade spending.


Account development strategy

  • Develop Account's strategy which in line with company expectation about sales growth; space share.

Monitoring Trade spending ensures healthy growth Profit included:
_
- _Strategy for assigned Account define (sales growth level; space share;etc ) _
- _Monthly sales and promotion plan develop which in line to company target_
- _Trade spending planning develop._

Account Business Management

  • Manage annual trading term negotiation, ensure all investment must be in condition and well documented. Accountable for develop commercial planning to growth with assigned accounts by working closely with internal related function Head both internal and external to achievement of in line internal commercial objectives and account's strategy._

Field Operation Collaboration
- _Co-develop and align "tailor-made" operation process to optimum sales growth to assigned Account_
- _Accountable build and align NFOM for monthly sales package including sales target, secondary sales, promotion, supported activities, merchandising._
- _Accountable to attend monthly meeting chaired by NFOM _

Customer Relation Management

  • Accountable build strong relationship with relevant level PIC of assigned Account in head office and in store to added value for FO team aim to excellent execution about sales and visibility achievement._

About You:

You're also a university graduate with a degree in Marketing/ Sales, or a related area, and have at least 3 years of continuous work experience.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 35 years experienced in KAM of FMCG business
  • Good in communication and planning
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill
  • Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
  • Good computer skill (word/excel/ppt)
