Team Introduction

Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives.

Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights.

Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project management of Reservation and Content ads campaigns Topview and Branded Mission, Branded Effect, etc., ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance.
  • Skilled in digital adverting, take ownership in monitoring & troubleshooting the campaigns and proactively take the initiative to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients datadriven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, coordinate and collaborate with sales partnerships, ad ops, product teams, etc. internally to develop & execute the program timely and smoothly.
  • Balance with the client's expectations and platform functions, to maintain the revenue as well as to enlarge the good case performance.
  • Communicate with clients and agencies on campaign solutions and best practices.
  • Take a longterm approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of TikTok's ads and ad units.
  • Knowledge of digital thirdparty servers, measurement, content, and media verification partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of experience in branding project management / client services roles in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing complex projects involving different parties, and understand how to resolve conflicts as well as managing slippage in timeline
  • Experience with branding campaigns & campaign delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insight
  • Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills using the proper escalation process
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to nontechnical stakeholders

  • Selfstarter and motivated to learn, strong enthusiasm for TikTok and teamwork
