Chịu trách nhiệm (i) Đầu mối tiếp nhận và triển khai phân tích, kiểm thử và chuyển giao các giải pháp nền tảng số hóa thẻ tích hợp với các đối tác phát triển mở thẻ trực tuyến và các giải pháp công nghệ DVKH theo yêu cầu của đơn vị kinh doanh; (ii) Tham gia các dự án triển khai mới hoặc nâng cấp hệ thống Thẻ, Tổng đài, CRM và các Kênh thanh toán.

**Trách nhiệm**:

- Đầu mối tiếp nhận và phân tích, đánh giá và tư vấn các giải pháp nền tảng số hóa thẻ tích hợp với các đối tác phát triển mở thẻ trực tuyến và các giải pháp công nghệ DVKH dựa trên các tài liệu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ (BRD) của các đơn vị nghiệp vụ, đảm bảo đáp ứng xu hướng công nghệ và định hướng phát triển kinh doanh của VIB;
- Viết các tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu nghiệp vụ phần mềm, tài liệu đặc tả trường hợp sử dụng (usecase); thiết kế giao diện mẫu (prototype) theo ngôn ngữ phù hợp với lập trình viên (developer); đảm bảo yêu cầu phát triển là rõ ràng và khả thi về mặt công nghệ;
- Tham gia phối hợp với đơn vị nghiệp vụ kiểm tra kết quả phát triển, đảm bảo phù hợp với nội dung yêu cầu đã thống nhất với đơn vị nghiệp vụ;
- Soạn thảo và ban hành tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng và tham gia đào tạo sản phẩm công nghệ cho người dùng cuối;
- Đề xuất các giải pháp công nghệ mới nhằm số hóa dịch vụ Thẻ;
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai đào tạo, hướng dẫn sử dụng các tính năng trên hệ thống công nghệ Thẻ, Luồng phát hành thẻ trực tuyển DOP, Tổng đài, CRM và các Kênh thanh toán;
- Tham gia triển khai các dự án công nghệ và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế;
- Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực phân tích giải pháp trong ngành tài chính, ngân hàng;
- Am hiểu về quy trình phát triển phần mềm và quy trình triển khai dự án công nghệ;
- Am hiểu và có kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án DOP (Digital onboarding platform) trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng hoặc fintech. Có kinh nghiệm về E-kyc, Video-KYC, OCR, E-signature, Auto score (A/B), Rule offering, Chat Bot, Call Bot & AI/ML, Voice Biometric, Voice sentiment...
- Am hiểu về hệ thống, sản phẩm và dịch vụ ngân hàng đặc biệt các hệ thống và nghiệp vụ Corecard, Corebank, CRM và Callcenter (Avaya/Genesys);
- Ưu tiên am hiểu về nền tảng và các dịch vụ điện toán đám mây như AWS, Azure, Google Cloud;
- Nắm vững việc xây dựng tài liệu đặc tả nghiệp vụ ngân hàng: BRD, BRS, FSD và User stories;
- Nắm vững và thành thạo sử dụng các công cụ thiết kế tính năng, quy trình: Bizagi modeler, Uml diagram, Balsamiq Mockup, Activity diagram và MS Excel;
- Kỹ năng quản trị dự án, quản trị rủi ro tốt;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, giải quyết vấn đề, làm việc nhóm và làm việc độc lập tốt;
- Kỹ năng tiếng Anh thành thạo.
