**A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for Vietnam (VN) overall management of Customer Care and Supply Chain Management (CC&SC) operations and CC&SCrelated projects. CC&SC scope includes, but not limited to, importation, warehouse management, inventory management, customer service, order fulfillments, outbound, transport, reverse logistics management, and exportation, etc.
  • Set strategy and direction for VN CC&SC team, balancing among requirements of VN markets, company goals, company compliances and requirements of regional CC&SC to meet operations and business objectives.
  • Enhance collaboration among VN leadership team, VN CC&SC team and the regional CC&SC team, other functions across the company to increase effectiveness of CC&SC operations and ensure optimized CC&SC solutions are delivered and met with customers and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a strong and sustainable VN CC&SC team.
  • Lead and manage VN CC&SC team performance, ensuring Key CC&SC Performance Metrics are achieved.
  • Supervise VN CC&SC team to ensure CC&SC goals/deliverables supports the company strategy and business objectives.
  • Identify, attract, develop and retain talents.
  • Monitor and manage VN CC&SC performance toward CC&SC KPIs
  • Monitor and manage Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance towards KPIs and to ensure the agreed service levels to internal and external customers, optimal service costs, and continuous improvement to increase service levels and operational efficiency
  • Lead process, system and VN CC&SC organization improvement initiation, planning and implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity. Align and adopt regional guidelines/ standards/ bestpractices, where applicable and beneficial to VN CC&SC operations.
  • Manage operations and commercial projects, ranging from Customer Care and Supply Chain efficiency projects to integration of acquisitions with regional CC&SC team.
  • Assure uptodate documentations of VN CC&SC standard operating procedures (SOPs) in corresponding to the company quality requirements, compliance, and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Establish and enhance understanding and implementation of key distribution practices and quality requirements among VN CC&SC team and the LSP teams
  • Collaborate with VN leadership teams on issues related to logisticsrelated departmental performances, recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

Your Profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • 10+ years of experience leading Customer Care and Supply Chain Operations (Scope: importation, warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillments (customer service), outbound, transport, reverse logistics management, and export.
  • Strong English communication
  • Solid experience on inventory management
  • Experience in medical device, pharma or similarly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with quality systems (ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 standards), operational excellence systems (e.g. Six Sigma) and medical device regulatory requirements.
  • Hands on experience in SAP
