  • Setup and lead full Healthcare team to support healthcare line for both individual and group
  • Manage and monitor all daily task related to healthcare E2E including purchasing journey (UW) and claims management (including direct billing)
Job Responsibilities

  • Setup, lead and manage a new healthcare team to support healthcare business E2E for both individual and group
  • Work with other stakeholders to complete operational process/procedures and build system/capabilities to operate group life insurance smoothly and efficiently
  • Work with Sales, Product, Actuary, Medical Excellence teamto develop offers/quotations, master contract, operational process,for each account (employer)
  • Work with ATD/DTD to build, update training materials and deliver training related to operational process of healthcare management
  • Support Sales/customers in completing purchasing, servicing and claims journey
  • Work with other functions to assure that contract issuance, servicing and claims are handled in within SLA/TAT committed.
  • Take other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- _ Mandatory:_
University/College graduated of Economics or Financial/Banking or Medical
- _ Advantage:_ Group insurance knowledge, Employee Benefit plan management, Healthcare claims management

Experiences:
- _ Mandatory:_
At least 5 years experiences in insurance industry or at least 2 year in healthcare management
- _ Advantage:_ Worked as role of group insurance/EB plan administration leader

Knowledge and skill set:
- _ Mandatory:_

  • English skills: At least is reading, writing
  • Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, telephone skills
  • Leadership: Medium/advance
- _ Advantage: _Knowledge of Life Insurance/Group insurance, Medical claims
