Job Description:

We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Engineer to lead our Research & Development team. You will spearhead the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) products to demonstrate our technological capabilities to clients.

A key aspect of this role involves working with emerging technologies and Generative AI to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions.

Additionally, you'll provide technical content for our marketing team, enabling them to craft engaging, knowledge-driven articles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the R&D team to foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Develop PoC products using emerging technologies to demonstrate our advanced technological capabilities to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, providing them with technical content for publishing insightful articles.
  • Focus on Generative AI to enhance our technological prowess, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to measure the productivity gain with and without Generative AI, offering insights into the efficacy of these technologies.
  • Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging them to explore and learn new technologies.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a software engineering role.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering tech projects on time and to specification.
  • Extensive experience with emerging technologies and Generative AI.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to a nontechnical audience.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
