Job Description:

  • Prove system performance requirements, flow data, system load, test environment, system deployment model.
  • Work with the project team to design the Performance test plans and scenarios.
  • Driven and execute test design (Test strategy, test scenario, test types, test data, test environment, test plan), own performance test execution. Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and analyze test results and coordinate with development teams to find and fix bugs.
  • Manage performance test reports, analyze and evaluate root cause of performance issues and suggest corrective solutions.
  • Share and train the QA team on new testing technologies/ skills.
  • Review and ensure the correct and appropriate performance testing process.
  • Recommend improvements to existing inspection processes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Likely having 3+ years of experience (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are).
  • Strong working experience in some of the performance testing tools (WebLOAD, LoadNinja, HeadSpin, ReadyAPI Performance, LoadView, Keysight's Eggplant, Apache JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Using tools such as SQLDeverloper, MySQL Workbench, Kibana, Grafana or similar tools.
  • Understanding of system resource performance: CPU, RAM, Storage device, Controller, connection.
  • Having experience in using Linux.
  • Nice to have:_
  • Experience with distributed, cloud based architectures including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure service containerization, distributed architectures, REST web services, microservices.
  • Continuous integration and deployment (Jenkins, Gradle, SonarQube).
  • Experience with: Requirements engineering, Test Driven Development, Tomcat, Git, Database design.
