About the role
This is a permanent full-time position located in Vietnam, providing administrative support in the higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Genuine Student Checks and Pre-screening

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Genuine Student checks across all pertinent Australian business units.
  • Evaluate the authenticity of students' intentions to study abroad as well as their financial capabilities.
  • Conduct t indepth interviews and gather requisite documentation to support the assessment process.

Liaison and Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the agent, students, and relevant immigration authorities.
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure accurate and uptodate guidance for students.

Compliance and Record-Keeping

  • Safeguard the confidentiality of student data and uphold data security standards in alignment with applicable regulations.
  • Generate reports as needed to provide insights and updates.

Job requirements

  • Exhibit a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an internationally diversified team.
  • Proven history of exemplary time management skills.
  • Experience in overseeing compliance matters, particularly in university admissions, is preferred.
  • Display innovative thinking and proactive work habits, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a proven ability in recordkeeping, management, and generating sophisticated reports.
