Tham gia vào các dự án ở phần model dạng game bao gồm nhân vật (dạng người, quái vật, thú...), dạng đồ vật (robot, xe, vũ khí, cây cối, rương...) và tạo địa hình môi trường.
- Lên texture, chất liệu hoàn chỉnh cho sản phẩm.
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật phần mềm, công cụ, công nghệ, kỹ thuật mới cho các dự án game.
- Làm việc và báo cáo trực tiếp với 3D Leader, tham gia đóng góp ,thảo luận, tìm giải pháp về các dự án đang thực hiện của team.
- Hỗ trợ và training cho team member

**Yêu cầu**:

- Kỹ năng chuyên môn
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở mảng model nhân vật và cảnh vật
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng môi trường, tao ra các mô-đun cho game
- Có kiến thức tốt về modeling, sculpting, retopology, UVing, baking
- Hiểu rõ và có khả năng làm PBR texture map
- Hiểu về anatomy nhân vật, có khả năng lên hình khối, tóc (mesh, hair card, sợi), nếp nhăn quần áo...
- Có có kiến thức tốt về highpoly, lowpoly
- Có khả năng tính toán lưới, size texture để tối ưu hóa khi đưa vào game
- Có khả năng setup môi trường và lookdev trong Unity
- Có khả năng đánh ánh sáng tốt và render.
- Có khả năng thể làm nhiều thể loại như real, semi-real, stylized, hand painting.
- Có tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, có khả năng hình dung cấu trúc, cảm nhận tốt về tỷ lệ, chi tiết, shape, silhouette
- Am hiểu về màu sắc, vật liệu, ánh sáng, lookdev môi trường và nhân vật

Sử dụng tốt các phần mềm/ designing tool:

- Maya hoặc 3Ds Max.
- Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Vray
- Unity

Có kiến thức hoặc khả năng sử dụng cơ bản ở các phần mềm:

- 3D Coat, Substance Designer

Kỹ năng mềm
- Có kỹ năng tự khắc phục sự cố, giải quyết sự cố những vấn đề từ cơ bản đến chuyên sâu.
- Có khả năng lên kế hoạch, quản lí công việc, cấu trúc file, quản lí thời gian, chịu được áp lực và cam kết đúng deadline.
- Có khả năng tự đề xuất, đóng góp ý tưởng, ý kiến, làm việc độc lập, hiệu suất cao và có tinh thần hợp tác.
- Có kỷ năng làm việc nhóm, hòa đồng, giao tiếp tốt, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ các thanh viên khác khi thực hiện nhiệm vụ khó khăn.
- Thái độ tích cực, tự giác và năng động.
