- To prepare and advise on all documents related to legal and competent authorities to ensure the Company fully comply with relevant/ _Chuẩn bị và tư vấn tất cả các tài liệu liên quan đến pháp lý và _cơ quan có thẩm quyền_ để đảm bảo C_ông ty tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định pháp luật _có liên quan._
- To progressively provide supporting day-to-day intellectual property, commercial and contract law advice, mainly assisting internal clients in relation to confidentiality agreements, standard contractual terms, and on bespoke advanced transactional agreements including funding agreements, collaboration agreements, and other agreements./ _Tư vấn pháp lý các vấn đề về_ sở hữu trí tuệ, hợp đồng dịch vụ và thương mại cho các hoạt động hàng ngày_, tập trung_ hỗ trợ khách hàng nội bộ liên quan đến các thỏa thuận bảo mật, tiêu chuẩn điều khoản hợp đồng và các thỏa thuận giao dịch đặc thù_ bao gồm cả việc thỏa thuận tài trợ, thỏa thuận hợp tác, và thỏa thuận khác._
- To review and follow up on contracts, licenses, legal advice with the appointed lawyers, solicitors and internal staff from time to time to ensure proper legal stands for the business./ _Xem xét và theo dõi các hợp đồng, giấy phép, tư vấn pháp lý với các luật sư, luật sư cố vấn và nhân viên nội bộ được chỉ định theo từng thời điểm để đảm bảo cơ sở pháp lý phù hợp cho doanh nghiệp_._
- To cooperate with master franchise holder to prepare and advise on documents, contracts, licenses and procedures related to legal and government./ _Hợp tác với chủ nhượng quyền chính để chuẩn bị và tư vấn các tài liệu, hợp đồng, giấy phép và các thủ tục liên quan đến pháp lý và chính phủ_._
- To update on necessary and relevant changes in local legislation and regulations and conduct gap analysises which may impact to the Company's operations./_Cập nhật các thay đổi quy định pháp luật liên quan và cần thiết và thực hiện phân tích các vấn đề có ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của Công ty._
- To take directions and support from the Head of Legal on all matters that the Head of Legal decides require supervision. / _Thực hiện theo các hướng dẫn_ và hỗ trợ của Giám đốc _Pháp lý_ về mọi vấn đề mà Giám đốc _Pháp lý_ xét thấy _cần có sự giám sát._
- To handle other legal matters as assigned by the Head of Legal./ _Xử lý các vấn đề pháp lý khác theo sự phân công của Giám đốc_ Pháp lý_._
- _**Job Requirements**/ **_Yêu Cầu Công Việc:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Law from the reputable university./_Bằng_ _tốt nghiệp Luật tại trường đại học danh tiếng. _
- Vietnam Bar membership is a must./_ Thành viên của Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam._
- 10 years of professional experience required, including 5 years of experience as legal in house./ _K_inh nghiệm 10 năm làm pháp lý bao gồm 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm tư vấn pháp lý nội bộ_._
- Experience in dealing with licenses, contracts regarding business./ _Có kinh nghiệm xử lý các giấy phép, hợp đồng liên quan đến kinh doanh_._
- Organization & time management/ planning/ communication skills_./ Kỹ năng tổ chức & quản lý thời gian/ lập kế hoạch/ giao tiếp_._
- Pro-active approach to challenges./ _Chủ động tiếp cận các thách thức_._
- Professional in dealing with confidential information./ _Chuyên nghiệp trong việc xử lý thông tin bảo mật_._
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to interpret legal language and requirements to communicate in an understandable fashion with non-lawyers./_ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt bao gồm lời nói và viết. Kỹ năng giải thích các thuật ngữ và các yêu cầu pháp lý để giao tiếp một cách dễ hiểu với những người không phải là luật sư._
- Honest, responsible, self-confident, strong collaboration./ _Trung thực, trách nhiệm, tự tin, hợp tác chặt chẽ_._
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese./ _Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt_._
