Lead and manage the sales team to deliver business core values based on customer needs.

  • Evaluate sales best practices and learn and understand a wide variety of opensource technologies and tools.
  • Experience with IT cloud solution systems and IT operations.
  • Willingness to work directly with customers to help them deliver their vision.
  • Strong grasp of sales tools and comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
  • Ability to plan/restructure the sales team, develop strategies to lead the sales team to achieve their best performance.
  • Responsible for closing new projects (Managed services, Data analytics, Migration, etc.), signing projects, contract negotiation, project problemsolving, and project payment.
  • Manage the sales and SDR team on a daily basis.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services and customer adoption.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud-Computing, technology concepts.
  • Monthly measure by KPIs and overall company sales target by KPIs.
  • Manage account relationships, seniorlevel positioning, effective account mapping.
  • Understand the assigned accounts organizational structure and decisionmaking hierarchy.
  • Ability to make executive pitches and presentations.
  • Close cooperation with the presale and tech team to analyze and clarify customers business objectives and requirements in detail to select and advise on the suitable solution offering
