- Giao tiếp với tất cả các bên liên quan đến dự án; thầu phụ, quản lý dự án, tư vấn, tài chính, v.v.
- Giám sát Thầu phụ lựa chọn và mua vật tư sử dụng cho hệ thống M&E của dự án theo yêu cầu của Bản vẽ và Chủ đầu tư
- Lập kế hoạch công việc và tổ chức hiệu quả các cơ sở M&E để đảm bảo rằng các hoạt động xây dựng diễn ra theo lịch trình đã định trước;
- Tham dự các cuộc họp thường xuyên với khách hàng, kiến trúc sư và chuyên gia tư vấn và thông báo cho họ về tiến độ;
- Giải quyết mọi khó khăn, sự cố kỹ thuật không mong muốn có thể xảy ra;
- Hỗ trợ Tổng Giám đốc Xây dựng bổ sung nhiệm vụ trong việc cung cấp thêm các nhiệm vụ của dịch vụ M&E để đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chí thiết kế của Chủ đầu tư và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng Việt Nam;
- Hỗ trợ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cơ điện cho các hoạt động xây dựng tại hiện trường;
- Theo dõi và cung cấp hỗ trợ khi cần thiết khi chuẩn bị tài liệu kết thúc cho các dự án đã hoàn thành;

**Kỹ năng cần thiết**
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi
- Cần có bằng cấp Kỹ sư về Giám sát hoặc Thiết kế Cơ/Điện;
- Quy trình chuẩn (Tất cả các quy trình, chính sách, quy định liên quan đến hoạt động Quản lý dự án, M&E, Bảo trì, Đấu thầu)
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh và tin học văn phòng (autocad và excel);
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình, giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt;
- Đàm phán và giám sát các hợp đồng thuê/mua;
- Phương pháp thiết lập, áp dụng, duy trì và cải tiến các tài liệu ISO/Quy định và các hoạt động liên quan khác tại MVC
