Mô Tả Công Việc:


You will be a key member of the team responsible for managing IT Infrastructure and delivering End User Computing (EUC) services.


What you will be doing:

  • Oversee IT Infrastructure used for delivering End User Computing (EUC) services, which includes authentication and authorisation services, single signon, remote access, messaging and collaboration, enterprise mobility, desktop virtualization, endpoint security, patch management, and enterprise backup.
  • Responsible for planning, designing IT solutions in the scope of EUC.
  • Oversee endtoend implementation of IT solutions, along with change management activities.
  • Conduct proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction that enable employee productivity.
  • Review performance of EUC services with IT service providers, provide recommendations, and oversee resolution of operational issues.
  • Provide third level support for incidents and problems in designated areas of expertise.
  • Any relevant adhoc duties such as develops scripts, PowerShell Scripts for automation.
  • This is an individual contributor role.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • Degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience in a managing IT infrastructure.
  • Good working knowledge in Okta Identity Engine, Microsoft Intune and JAMF, Desktop Virtualization & Cloud Based Infrastructure.
  • Broad technology experience encompassing architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Ability to produce technical design for an IT solution and develop strategy for implementation.
  • Enterprise Architecture or Microsoft Certification preferred.
  • Exposure to ITIL v3 (Incident, Problem & Change management) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership.
  • Excellent Communication verbal and written.
