  • Responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly bancassurance reconciliation report with banca partners
  • Monthly/Quarterly incentives calculations for the sales performances and prepare the payment.
  • End to end campaign management process, target segment strategy, generating probable leads, ongoing monitoring, rewards fulfilments, post implementation analysis.
  • Assist the business in providing the decision supportive analysis and data driven solutions to the business initiations in terms of analytics across Customer, Product, Portfolio, Sales management areas.
  • Regular/adhoc analysis, data mining, Portfolio quality, Customer segmentation, Customer Profitability, Customer level, Revenue Risk, Xsell, Upsell models.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field
  • Prefer experience around more than 2 years in Banking finance fields in Bancasurance Product
  • Good communication skill
  • Creative, reliable, hardworking, time managing, teamwork
  • Experience with advanced Excel tools including pivot tables, macros and complex charting required
  • Previous experience with databases
  • Proficient in MS Excel,
    SQL, Power BI
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning and problemsolving skills essential
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
