    Our client is a foreigninvested manufacturing company, now looking for QA Manager (2500 USD, ID6130)
  • Meet quality goals and ensure that the product satisfies company criteria, as well as create SOPs to maintain a seamless quality management process.
  • Oversee the QA process to guarantee that all QA standards, deliverables, and services are completed on time and to the enterprise's quality standards.
  • Develop highquality training programs for all manufacturing workers, boosting their understanding of good/bad goods and the proper rework technique.
  • Improve the quality management system to enable faster defect detection and corrective action implementation.
  • Test product samples taken from the factory line as needed.
  • Manage production reference samples utilized on the shop floor, ensuring that samples are always clean and fulfill quality criteria.
  • Ensure that samples are always clean and satisfy quality criteria when they are prepared for client evaluation.
  • Manage retainer samples, ensuring that all relevant information is included on labels.
  • Prior to mass manufacturing, ensure that specifications are properly established and recorded.
  • Work with R&D to ensure that all essential testing is completed and passes before mass production begins.
  • Ascertain that staff are appropriately taught and prepared for their jobs.

Requirement:

  • Male
; Age: years old

  • Having 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • At least 05 years of experience in quality management in the wood manufacturing company.
  • Good command of English
  • Strong understanding of woodworking machinery
