Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and development team to understand client business model & business needs, estimate and develop data solutions for medium/large data pipeline, integrate data tools to fit the client requirement.
  • Design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
  • Involve to design, develop, and maintain microservicebased APIs using Azure cloud products.
  • Coordinate with the small/medium development teams, ensure the understanding and compliance of offshore engineers to the business requirements, and technical direction
  • Stay uptodate on the latest data engineering trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or another related field.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role and familiarity with one of relational data (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL )
  • Having the ability to evaluate and provide solutions for business cases/ issues.
  • Strong knowledge/experience in data quality, data integration, big data, data analytics, visualization, and data queries.
  • Handson experience with Python programming, especially in deploying Python code to Azure cloud.
  • Good experience with Azure data products.
  • Good experience with the Jupiter Notebooks, and FastAPI Framework.
  • Experience with performance tuning, and unit Testing.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Experience with working in a fastpaced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
