- About the role**Ensure inventory accuracy with good quality so that the material supply flow runs smoothly without interruption or risk of damage.**

- What you will do1. Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods and equipment and maintaining warehouse inventory.

2. Ensure inventory accuracy.

3. Thoroughly review all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned.

4. Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued.

5. Conduct stock checks, report slow moving, record warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and guarantee the safe and efficient operation of the material handling equipment in the warehouse.

6. Aid compliance with special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plan.

8. Responsible for employing methods and techniques to manage shelf life, temperature for sensitive cargos, and dangerous goods, as well as carry out continuous/performance improvement activities and strategies.

9. Other tasks will be assigned by the Supervisor and Company Management.1. Chịu trách nhiệm tiếp nhận, bảo quản, cấp phát nguyên vật liệu, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm, thiết bị và bảo quản hàng tồn kho.

2. Đảm bảo tính chính xác của hàng tồn kho.

3. Xem xét kỹ lưỡng tất cả các lần giao hàng và đảm bảo rằng các mặt hàng bị lỗi hoặc không chính xác sẽ được trả lại.

4. Lưu trữ hồ sơ nguyên liệu, vật tư đã xuất.

5. Tiến hành kiểm tra hàng tồn kho, báo cáo tình trạng chậm luân chuyển, ghi lại các giao dịch trong kho, bảo quản hàng tồn kho và đảm bảo thiết bị xử lý vật liệu trong kho vận hành an toàn và hiệu quả.

6. Hỗ trợ tuân thủ các yêu cầu xử lý đặc biệt trong việc xếp chồng, di chuyển và sắp xếp các mặt hàng trên pallet theo kế hoạch lưu trữ.

7. Điều phối hoạt động kho áp dụng kỹ thuật 5S trong các hoạt động sản xuất, trung chuyển, chuyển tải và quản lý sự cố, rủi ro kho.

8. Chịu trách nhiệm sử dụng các phương pháp và kỹ thuật để quản lý thời hạn sử dụng, nhiệt độ đối với hàng hóa nhạy cảm và hàng hóa nguy hiểm, cũng như thực hiện các chiến lược và hoạt động cải tiến liên tục/hiệu suất.

9. Các nhiệm vụ khác sẽ được giao bởi Giám sát và Ban lãnh đạo Công ty.
- What you will need**Educational qualifications**
- Required to have minimum of High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Relevant experience**
- At least 2-year experience in receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Familiarity with the duties of the job.- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc tiếp nhận, lưu trữ và cấp phát các loại vật liệu, vật tư và thiết bị.
- Hiểu biết về nhiệm vụ của công việc.

**Personal characteristics & behaviour**
- Knowledge of forklift operations and computer skills and English skills are a plus.
- Strong motivation to learn, have 'can-do' attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Able to work under pressure and take ownership
- Can plan, organize, multi-task, and work cooperatively with others.
