Manage and control the movements of Receive, verify, acknowledge storage, issuing and returns of raw materials from internal / external supplier's /customers ensuring smooth material inflow.


  • Verify and acknowledge fabric receipt from inspection with necessary comments, marking and quality instructions in order to provide quality fabric to the production.
  • Manage and control the warehouse workforce by direction them towards accuracy and productivity and delegating, appraising and motivating to perform effective ware house operations.
  • Manage and maintain the warehouse space to cater inward material flow through effective capacity utilization and forecast for future material inflows.
  • Maintain and Monitor SAP system transactions of Issuance, returns, scrap and Rejects ensuring the timely updating of the system in order provide accurate stock availability for effective decision making.
  • Maintain and monitor 6S standards of housekeeping and encourage the workforce for continuous improvement in order to achieve high productivity.
  • Monitor and follow the existing process and procedures and improve the process continuously in order to cater the end-user requirement in shorter lead timer.

  • Strong management skill/ Leadership skill
  • Good communication skill/Problem solving skill
  • Able to communicate in English; proficient in Computer skill (especially in Excel)
  • Experience with SAP System is an advantage
