    Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, fixed asset, intercompany charging and cash flow management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthend closing management report, quarterly financial forecasts, and relevant submission to the Authorities in accordance with the Company's policy, local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage monthly cash flow, AR & AP and ensure team members transaction records are accurate and on time and be responsible for reconciliation of accounting ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports per internal system requirements and Vietnam tax law.
  • Working with auditors for annual financial statements; coordinate and assist in the auditing process.
  • Assist to consolidate the annual expense budget from all user departments.
  • Actively investigate the movement in financial results and analyze the causes/affects to the performance of business units (both actual and forecast).
  • Engage in cost control, financial reporting setup and fixed asset reporting as per requirements and regulations.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and reporting skills.
  • Detailoriented, careful, and accurate in tasks.
  • Proactive, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software, especially ERP. Knowledge in Investment Law will be an added advantage.
