The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

  • Manage a team of 30+ KAMs
  • Track, analyze, and develop strategies to ensure KOL's activeness & commercial performance
  • Monitor monthly RM KPIs and utilize data to improve team performance
  • Manage and resolve managedKOLrelated inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Drive execution of specific projects and initiatives within Affiliates
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive KOLs growth
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in the Ecom industry
  • Experience in Key Account Management and training.
  • Strong critical thinking, handson execution, time management, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to cope with a highpressure working environment
  • Good command of English
