Country SE&O leaders are responsible for Business Performance,

Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations in their geo. Country SE&O leaders work with their

Area HQ teams to drive last mile execution of solution plays, seller enablement and the marketing activities in their geo.

Responsibilities:

Drive Business Leadership and Results

  • Partners with Area LT to identify growth opportunities in the market and build clear execution plans
  • Influences and coaches' leaders and managers to convert strategy into local execution
  • Partners across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and codesign strategy and programs

Leads Connected Sales and Marketing

  • Drives connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share
  • Guides sales leadership to drive seller utilization of marketing signals and conversion to pipeline
  • Company spokesperson across Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas and builds in market presence

Sales Enablement

  • Drive standardized solution play landing, execution and enablement across all segments in the area
  • Activates regional marketing plan to drive last mile execution in the area, in partnership with regional CMO
  • Drive consistent sales excellence rhythms and execution across every segment. Partner with regional teams to drive localization to suit market needs

Business & Sales Ops Leadership

  • Grows organization capability to drive true insight for leaders, managers, and sellers
  • Drives standardized rhythms and tools that drive increased customer and partner facing time for sellers
  • Activates leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization, leveraging data and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND 10+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing highperformance sales and/or technicalsales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multitiered large organizations
  • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND 12+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and/or technicalsales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multitiered large organizations
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND 10+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing highperformance sales and/or technicalsales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multitiered large organizations
  • OR equivalent experience.
