**Mô tả công việc**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm với hiệu suất công việc marketing
- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, đào tạo xây dựng hoàn thiện đội ngũ phòng MKT
- Xây dựng chiến dịch marketing trên các kênh: wedsite, facebook, zalo, tictok, biển quảng cáo, google
- Xây dựng kế hoạch, quản lý và đánh giá tối ưu ngân sách cho các hoạt động quản bá thương hiệu, chi phí marketing
- Đo lường quảng cáo hiệu quả các chiến dịch marketing, thu thập dữ liệu đánh giá hiệu quả so với mục tiêu
- Đề xuất các chiến dịch marketing hiệu quả nhằm phát hiện cơ hội và gia tăng doanh thu từ nhóm khách hàng mục tiêu
- Phân tích và đánh giá đối thủ
- Đề xuất các công việc cho quản lý
- Quảng cáo wedsite cty đến đối tượng là nhà thuốc, quầy thuốc, bệnh viện, phòng khám, cơ sở khám chữa bệnh, thẩm mỹ viện,

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kiến thức marketing bài bản
- Có kinh nghiệm thực thi các chiến dịch truyền thông thương hiệu
- Có kinh nghiệm thực thi quản cáo trên digital: google, facebook, tictok, zalo, ads netwworktrên các sàn thương mại điện tử
- Có kiến thức brainstorm, định hướng ý tưởng truyền thông, mô hình truyền thông, content plan, media plan
- Có kinh nghiệm chiển khai các công cụ đo lường hiệu quả truyền thông
- Có network với các agency partner: Creative Agency TVC/ Viral clip, Production House, Agency Booking,

**Quyền lợi**:

- LƯƠNG CỨNG : 13tr+ thưởng+ pc + KPI (tổng thu nhập 20tr-25tr)
