1. Nutritional knowledge / (TA) medical knowledge

  • Demonstrate and translate the specific nutritional knowledge required to support delivering the SN (Healthcare) strategy.
  • Use the scientific knowledge to establish relationships with key medical stakeholders.
  • Build HCP trust and credibility in Healthcare role in SN.

2. Strategic stakeholder management

  • Have close coordination with HCPs & Sales Team and communicate our business plans and objectives with them.
  • Be the spokesperson of the team by ensuring efficient & effective communication flows between the team and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ethical behaviors in all interactions with internal stakeholders and in how objectives are met.

Customer knowledge:
Know about the customer landscape on a regional level and identify business opportunities.

Product knowledge:


Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product and service information to internal stakeholders and distributors.


5. Healthcare system and market knowledge

  • Analyze local market trends including competition awareness Understand the local healthcare business environment, government policies; distribution channels and take corrective actions accordingly.

6. Marketing expertise

  • Develop an annual brand plan with aligned SN strategy.
  • Implement HCP CRM system and MCE programs with aligned objectives.
  • Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, disease states, therapeutic area, and current research, and use this information to create a compelling message for the target audience.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts in a timely manner.
  • Achieve relevant KPI targets.
  • Review complaints and suggestions to develop action plans to win initiation.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with product advisors to unlock locally relevant insights and understanding of competitors' value propositions to: adapt our global value propositions to the VN reality and go beyond just products to create digital solutions. About you
  • At least 1 year of experience related marketing in MNC healthcare industry, at least 2 years as an associate product manager or marketing executive level.
  • Prefer background: Healthcare nutrition/ OTC.
  • Good at English.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • A selfdriven team player who possesses strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good organization, planning, problem analysis and problemsolving skills.
  • Agility to learn and agility to change leadership style to adapt with the situation.
