JOB SUMMARY

  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a purchasing position, preferable with expertise in sourcing packaging categories including but not limit to offset/flexo box and accessories tool bag.
  • Ability to deliver productivity and innitiatives with suppliers and project team to provide best savings and workload reduction.
  • Select the right suppliers and factories to ensure quality capability/capacity and timely order execution for each project and appropriate component qualification with Engineer.
  • Daily communication with internal departments and suppliers to solve supplement problems which impact on negative business operations.
  • Knowledgeable of RFI, RFQ process and suppliers selection following BU's policy and suppliers' capability and capacity.
  • Inniate ideas with suppliers and functional departments Engineer, SQE, PMC for improving prices and commercial terms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Savings & commercial terms and Localization rate achievement following BU's policy.
