Navigos Search's client is seeking the caliber persons to take the role of Senior Consultant for their commercial leasing team in Hanoi.

This person will assist both sides (Tenant or Landlord) for their needs (filling up the vacancies premises, finding locations (existing and expanding), renewing lease terms, negotiating new terms and rent).

As a team member, you will be working with household names from overseas and from Vietnam, including real estate developers and multinational enterprises.


How to be a successful consultant:

  • Be confident to contact and retain the relationship with the very senior levels of enterprises, representative offices, embassies, and developers to aware of their existing and potential needs for premises lease.
  • Do everyday hundred cold calls, site visits, clients' meetings/ lunches, or dinners/drinks, networking during or after work.
  • Have capability to close deals with handling the entire process (Present potential sites, propose lease solutions, negotiate lease terms, consult the fitout solutions to clients, etc.).

Job Requirements:

This position is perfect match if you are:

  • Sales-oriented, caliber, dynamic, "millionaire ambitious" individual (Expat or Vietnamese)
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese written and communication.
  • Confident to work with higher levels and any nationalities.
  • Social and networking lover.
  • Familiar with "revenue target pressure".
