Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key resource in projects, handling tasks related to Planning, Design, Installation and Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and mentoring both Clients and junior Consultants on Cybersecurity technology and emerging security solutions in this sector.
  • Address customer support escalation calls, providing assistance either over the phone or through on-site visits.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior Consultants.
  • Execute the integration of Cybersecurity technology into the customer's systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues arising during projects, whether due to product glitches or customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with vendors' technical support to resolve implementation challenges.
  • Stay updated on new product developments essential for the Cybersecurity market.
  • Develop basic scripts to tailor products to meet customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate or present information to customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Proven track record of implementing Cybersecurity Technology involving Identity (IAM, PAM), Cloud Security, Data Security (DLP, DAM, PET), GRC, etc.
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of Cybersecurity advisory experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing or administering MS SQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS.
  • Solid understanding of TCPIP, networking, DNS, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with proficient troubleshooting skills.
  • Some exposure to Scripting, Microsoft .NET, or Java programming is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
  • Certification in Cybersecurity fields such as CISSP, CISA, OSCP, etc., is essential.
