  • Centralize balance sheet management: Performing centralized internal capital management with BUs, managing and monitoring liquidity and FX position of entire IVB according to the SBV's regulations in each period
  • Liquidity risk management including monitoring liquidity, constructing liquidity management framework and liquidity contingency plan, providing suggestions in adjusting/implementing new liquidity limits and planning scenario to prevent liquidity risk.
  • Manage interest rate risk and currency risk of entire system, constructing interest rate risk and currency risk framework and strategies
  • Monitor and report prudential ratios in operation about liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratios of IVB and other related ratios according to regulations of the SBV and government's administrative agencies in each period
  • Plan and forecast capital mobilization of IVB as market trend and IVB strategy in each period
  • Coordinate with ALCO Council in implementing appropriate monitoring criteria for Balance Sheet/Asset structure and fund management, Implementing ALM policies
  • Collect IVB Units' feedback and propose for solution for improving the IVB operation in manner of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform others tasks as assigned by Section Head/ Division Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female with Bachelor from university with major in: Economic, Finance and Banking
  • Knowledge of Banking, Accounting, Credit and Investment
  • Expertise of trading Treasury product, Liquidity management, Risk management
  • Management, business and planning skills
  • Negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (B level or equivalent)
  • Experience: At least 2 yearexperience in Banking/Finance/Investment
  • English: TOEIC from 600 scores upwards, fluent in English is preferred
