Lalamove is looking for a creative and results-oriented Driver Operations Associate | Communications to join our growing team
- In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that effectively communicates key messages to our driver community. You'll also play a vital role in optimizing communication channels and ensuring an exceptional experience for our drivers.

**What you will do**:

- Deliver high-quality & easy-to-understand content to effectively communicate key messages to drivers through various channels (e.g., Blog, in-app, Social Media);
- Experiment & optimize communications content across both in-app & out-app channels (e.g. notifications, banners, ads, SMS, Chatbots, etc.) based on objectives, budget, and communication plans;
- Maintain alignment and consistency of messaging across all channels related to driver communication, quality and performance;
- Develop and enhance training material for drivers (offline and online) to equip drivers with the necessary skills to operate safely and effectively on the Lalamove platform;
- Search and execute partnership contracts to identify benefits and plan programs/events for drivers;
- Implement, optimize, and simplify pipeline reporting/ dashboards to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of each project;
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by the Manager.

- _ Đảm bảo tiến độ và nội dung truyền tải trong tất cả các kênh kết nối giữa Tài xế và Lalamove;_
- _ Phát triển và nâng cao tài liệu đào tạo cho Tài xế (offline và online) nhằm trang bị cho Tài xế những kỹ năng cần thiết để vận hành an toàn và hiệu quả trên nền tảng Lalamove;_
- _ Tìm kiếm các quyền lợi cũng như lập kế hoạch chương trình/sự kiện cho Tài xế và thực hiện hợp đồng với các Đối tác hợp tác;_
- _ Triển khai, tối ưu hóa báo cáo/bảng thông tin nhằm đánh giá tiến độ/ hiệu quả mỗi dự án;_
- _ Thực hiện các công việc / dự án khác theo phân bổ từ quản lý trực tiếp._

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)
- Experience in content writing and circulation (including but not limited to In-App Comms, WhatsApp Comms, SMS).
