What will you do

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

  • Responsible for exploring new customers, delivering company sales objectives in emerging channels, including Health & Beauty specialties, MTIs, Pharmacy & Minimart chains, Omni customers in GT. Develop and execute the monthly/quarterly/ annual business plans with tracking matrix in accordance with the objective of growing the whole JnJ business.
  • Key person in managing emerging channels customers relationship, annual trading terms and joint business plans.

Coordinating with Distributors partners on managing operation KPIs:
Coverage, Perfect stores, Service levels, inventory and business plan execution.

Identifies key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure business directions are aligned and partner of choice.


  • Responsible for company initiatives execution at given channels, manage trade budget within guidelines, monitor results and make future recommendations for improved sales performance.
  • Identify market gaps & opportunities by key provinces & channels, including competitors' intelligence, develop and implement regional programs to address key opportunities.
  • Oversee distributor field force effectiveness and objectives by connecting with Distributor/HR to ensure recruiting, orienting, training standard. Coaching, counseling team on Capability gaps.
Qualifications

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related majors.
  • Proven track record in a sales management role.
  • Prefer indepth experience in working with emerging channels, including H&B specialties, MTI, mínimart & pharmacy chains, Omni channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial excellence, category management and building strategic partnerships with emerging customers across all levels,
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic.
  • Proactive, innovative and excellent team player with strong commitment to drive business result.
  • High mobility, able to manage team and customers from distance, handle multiple small groups of customers at the same time.
