Sales Admin tasks:
Collaborate with the MKT Team about purchase orders for the Sale Team.

Collaborate with the Finance Department and School Manager to accurately record Sale data.

Collaborate with Software and Analytics for specific sales report based on situation

Tracking and follow with center to make sure center discipline on follow the deal on HubSpot

Prepare and submit all required paperwork and procedures for the purchase process.

Collect necessary documents in the collection and expenditure of KU Schools' sales team activities.

Export data from Hubspot on a monthly basis to order sale promotion gifts.

Contact third parties for promotion programs.

Check and review sales bonuses and commissions on a monthly basis.

Check NCC (Net Cash Collection) from sales department operational data.

Assist in the planning of the sales's kickoff meeting.

Ensure that ECs perform the proper administrative tasks in accordance with the procedure.

Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

In charge of translating and documentations.

Book and recap meeting related to Sales then follow up with participants

Support Head of Operation in paper works, document, format Head of Operation's procedure and SOP in sales function

Sales's warehouse administrator:
Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized materials are stored in the warehouse

Performing administrative tasks such as ordering new inventory items or renting new storage space when needed


Ensuring warehouse are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.

Work closely with Procurement supervisor about inventory and ordering

Required Competencies:
Excellent organization and time management skill

Results driven.

Demonstrated fluency in English. (WSE Level 10 or equivalent level)

Excellent office computer skills

Pay attention to details and good level of numeracy.

Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure

Good at negotiation, and time management skills

Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and 'can do' attitude.

Able to collaborate with senior leadership team and execute a plan in a timely manner.

Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably English-related)

Minimum 1-year experience
