Quản trị con người
- Tổ chức cấu trúc nhân sự/ hoạt động của phòng ban, Tuyển dụng, tổ chức, phát triển và đào tạo đội ngũ
- Xác định và xây dựng bộ chỉ số đo lường hiệu quả cho phòng ban của mình nhằm mục tiêu theo dõi hiệu quả và có các hành động can thiệp/ điều chỉnh kịp thời
- Lập kế hoạch ngân sách và kiểm soát ngân sách sử dụng hàng năm của bộ phận trong hạn mức đã xác định

- Kỹ năng quản lý dự án
- Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, ra quyết định dựa trên số liệu
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp rõ ràng, đàm phán hiệu quả, phối hợp liên phòng ban
- Kỹ năng làm việc với các công cụ hỗ trợ công việc như: Spaceman, CAD
- Có tính thẩm mỹ và logic
