Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

Job description:

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Research, understand, design and prototype new experiences for our employees and collaborators
  • Work closely with our Product Owners and Engineers in trying to make sense of the different problems faced by different groups of users
  • Produce realistic proposals on how to improve our IT product
  • Contribute to the maintenance, adoption, and growth of our internal Design Style Guide

Afterall, you are an integral part in the UX department, together with other UX designers in improving the value provided by the department.


  • Bachelor's degree in Art/Design, Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the design, computer science and other relevant fields preferred
  • 23 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UX Research or relevant experience building digital products
  • Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions, ideas, and proposals to different teams and clients
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping software (Adobe XD, Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, , Invision, UXPin or similar ones)
  • Good understanding of design and tech lingo
  • Ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions
  • Fluency in English, another foreign language such as French would be a plus.
